Emergency duty fostering

Group of six children of varying ages, standing on gravel driveway

Emergency duty fostering involves caring for a child, teenager, or brothers and sisters for a short period of time in an emergency, same day, situation.

Emergency duty fostering could be during the night or at weekends and happens at short notice. You will need to be flexible to provide this type of foster care.

Children will stay for a maximum of seven nights and eight days. The aim is to provide care for children who are 0-18 years old at short notice for a limited amount of time.

If you feel you are able to offer a safe place for a child in immediate need, please get in touch with us.
