Long term placements

Adult and youth cooking omelette

Long term placements are needed when a decision has been made not to return a child to the care of their family, and where adoption is not appropriate for them.

Long term fostering allows children to live in a stable family setting whilst being supported to keep in touch with their own family.

Foster carers who provide long term fostering usually provide care for children for the remainder of their childhood, supporting them to independence.

If you think you can provide this kind of stability for a vulnerable child, get in touch with us to discuss long term fostering in more detail.
