Renew your subscription
You can renew your garden waste subscription for 2026 to 2027. The new collection period starts on 1 April 2026.
If you already have a garden waste subscription, you must renew by 31 March 2026 to make sure your collections continue without interruption.
If you wish to order an additional subscription when renewing, we will aim to deliver your wheelie bin or bags within 20 working days of receiving payment.
Cost and subscription period
The cost of a garden waste subscription is £68.50 for the fortnightly collection of one 240 litre green wheelie bin, or three reusable green garden waste bags.
The service runs from 1 April to 31 March, with no collections for two weeks over Christmas.
Renew a garden waste subscription
Who needs to renew
This page is for existing garden waste subscribers only. To renew your subscription, you will need:
- to log in to your account
- your garden waste reference number, which starts with WGW
Before you submit your renewal, check that your address and contact details are correct.
If you do not currently have a garden waste subscription, you can find out how to start a new garden waste subscription. You will also need to create a new subscription if you are renewing for a different address.
Payment options
If you currently pay by Direct Debit, you can continue to pay this way for 2026 to 2027. We will contact you in advance before any future payments are taken. All Direct Debit payments are protected by the Direct Debit guarantee.
If you do not pay by Direct Debit, you can only renew by paying online using a credit or debit card.
