Global supply issue
We are sorry, but we have no garden waste bins in stock because of a global supply issue. We cannot deliver bins for new or existing orders at the moment.
We expect more bins to arrive in the next two weeks. We will prioritise existing orders and deliver them as soon as possible after the new stock arrives.
We apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding.
You can no longer renew a garden waste subscription for 2026/27.
If you have not renewed, but want us to continue collecting your garden waste, you need to start a new garden waste subscription.
The current subscription period runs from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027, with the exception of two weeks over Christmas.
A new subscription made part way through the subscription period is charged on a staggered pro-rata basis.
