Booking a collection

We will only collect the items that you have booked. We will not take any additional items that are out.

On collection day, make sure you leave collection items out clearly. They should be visible and accessible for crews, at the nearest point on your property to the highway. We will not collect any items inside a property, garage or shed.

We reserve the right to rearrange your collection date if items require more than two people to lift.

The collection days for bulky waste are different for different areas in the borough.

Start your online booking by looking up your bulky waste collection day.
