Cancel a collection
If you no longer need the collection you have booked, you can cancel the booking or re-schedule for a later date. You can also change any of the three qualifying items for different qualifying items if required.
Changes to bookings can only be made up to six days before the scheduled collection day.
To cancel your booking, you will need to provide your booking reference number. You can find this number in the email we sent you when you requested the collection.
You can either:
- visit your My Account, select your bulky waste booking from your list of 'My Cases', and select 'cancel subscription'
- use the cancel your bulky waste form
