Subscribe for garden waste collections

Further subscription information

Garden waste collections are made fortnightly on the specified collection day for your area, except for two weeks over Christmas and New Year. Once payment has been received you will be sent a garden waste sticker and your collection details. The council will only collect garden waste bins which have been paid for and have a valid sticker attached.

If your bin or subscription sticker has not arrived after 10 working days or you have any other questions regarding the service, please let us know by completing the online garden waste enquiry form.

Please note that in order to complete an enquiry form, you will initially need to create a 'My Account' using the link below:

Subscription costs

An annual subscription costs £50 per bin and runs from the 1 April 2017 to 31 March 2018.  You can sign up for more than one bin at your property for £50 per additional bin. New subscriptions taken part way through the year will incur a pro-rata charge and will need to be renewed in March 2018 for the full annual cost. We do not offer part year or discounted subscriptions.

Garden waste membership sticker

From April 2017 all subscribers will receive a membership sticker for each bin paid for once signed up or renewed. Please write your address on the sticker with black permanent ink and affix to the lid of the bin so the sticker is clearly visible to crews on collection day.
