Council Tax
Update for 1 July Direct Debit payers
If you usually pay your Council Tax or Business Rates by Direct Debit on the 1st of the month, your July payment may not have left your account as expected on Tuesday, 1 July 2025.
This was due to a technical issue with our payment supplier, which has now been resolved. Your payment will now be taken on Thursday, 3 July 2025.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
