COVID-19 - Impact on Council Tax refunds

We are currently unable to process cheque refunds. If you don't normally pay by Direct Debit and are due a refund, please e-mail a copy of your bank statement with account name, number and sort code to swindon.counciltax@secure.capita.co.uk. This will enable us to process your refund.

You can make a single Council Tax payment online using a debit card. You cannot pay by credit card.

To make a payment you will need your Council Tax account number, which is on your bill.
