If you cannot find an online form for your request, you can:

use the Council Tax online contact form
telephone the Council Tax office on 0345 302 2316 from 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday

We answer specific enquiries during these hours. Telephone lines are busiest in mid-morning and on Mondays.
