View your Council Tax account

You can view and manage your Council Tax account online by setting up an online Council Tax account. Once you have registered, you can:

  • view up-to-date account information
  • check your balance, payments and bills
  • switch to paperless billing
  • update your contact details

Sign in or create an account

Please note:

  • The online Council Tax account is unavailable every day between 6.30pm and 6.45pm for essential maintenance
  • This service uses a separate sign-in from the website’s My Account. You must create a Council Tax account even if you already use My Account.

New to Swindon or recently moved?

If you do not have a Council Tax account number, you need to register for Council Tax first.
