Choose how you receive your Council Tax bill

More than 24,000 households in the Borough have already opted into paperless Council Tax billing. If you have an online Council Tax account but have not yet opted into paperless billing, you’ll receive an email from Tuesday, 27 January confirming you’re being automatically switched to paperless billing.

You can update your preference at any time through your online Council Tax account.

You can view and manage your Council Tax account online by setting up an online account. Once registered you will be able to:

  • view up to date account information
  • check your balance, payments and bills
  • switch to paperless billing
  • update your contact details
