To ensure that tenants have the most suitable property for their needs, a facility exists whereby tenants may apply to swap homes with other tenants. This facility is available to:
The service is free to the Council's own secure tenants but there may be a charge to other tenants. Please check with your own landlord.

Finding a Property
You may already be aware of a home where the tenants are like-minded and would consider exchanging their home with you. Alternatively you may need to search for an exchange partner.
