Replacements of lost, stolen or damaged recycle boxes and lids are free of charge. You can collect these yourself from the Household Waste and Recycling Centre reception.

What we supply

We supply the following containers for waste and recycling collection:

  • black wheelie bin (180L) for general rubbish
  • blue bags for general rubbish, where the property has been assessed as unsuitable for wheelie bins
  • black recycle boxes (44L) for paper and card, glass bottles and jars, tins, cans and foil
  • green wheelie bin (240L) for subscribers to garden waste collections

Households are entitled to one black bin and up to four free recycle boxes. Larger or additional wheelie bins can be provided in some circumstances, subject to a waste warden assessment.
