Managing your council housing tenancy
Use your 'My Housing Tenancy' account to manage your council housing tenancy online.
With an account, you can:
- report and manage housing repairs
- view your rent payments and account balance
- update your personal details and household information

Sign in to report or manage a repair, check your rent account, or update your details.
If you do not have an account, you can create one online.
Create a My Housing Tenancy account
To create an account, you need your 13-digit tenancy, rent or application reference number. You can find this on your rent card or letters from the council.
If you cannot find your reference number or rent card, contact your Neighbourhood Housing Officer.
