Assessment of five-year housing land supply

The council must publish information on whether there are enough deliverable sites to meet the area’s housing needs over the next five year period.

The calculation is an important part of regular monitoring and takes into account development activity (as found during site visits) as well as responses from stakeholders regarding their site delivery intensions.
