Ceremony rooms at Swindon Register Office
We offer four ceremony rooms to suit different styles and guest numbers. Each space is calm, welcoming and designed to help your day run smoothly, whether you want something intimate or a larger celebration.

The Garden Room
Our largest room with French windows opening to the Civic Rose Garden. Optional live streaming and a display screen are available, with a full sound system and hearing support.
Capacity: up to 65 guests (or 85 when opened to the Juno Room)

The Juno Room
Bright and welcoming with views of the Civic Rose Garden. Ideal for small and medium-sized ceremonies, with a full sound system and hearing support
Capacity: up to 20 guests

The Courtyard Room
A quiet, intimate space for small ceremonies. In warmer months you can marry outdoors in the enclosed Courtyard Garden, which is sunny and private.
Capacity: the couple plus a maximum of eight guests

Statutory Ceremony Room
A simple legal ceremony without personal vows, readings or music. Only the couple and two witnesses may attend. Bookings can be made up to four months in advance.
