If you want a special day, created your way, then perhaps you should consider our bespoke 'Your Day, Your Way' ceremony option. It is fully customised to you and allows for a truly unique experience, creating lasting memories for everyone involved.

As legal Registrars, we can offer you the benefit of a legal marriage ceremony followed by a personalised wedding ceremony at a location of your choice. This can take place on the same day or on separate days, the decision is yours!

Legal and official 

By working with us to create your bespoke and personalised wedding, you can be satisfied that you will actually be legally married and joined as legal spouses. Unlike using a private celebrant who cannot legally join you in marriage.

Tailored ceremony 

You will have the freedom to design a ceremony that truly reflects you as a couple. Whether you want a relaxed, fun vibe or something more traditional, your experienced celebrant will work with you to craft a script that feels ‘just right’ and tells your love story.

No restrictions on location 

Your legal marriage ceremony would need to take place at Swindon Register Office in either our Statutory Room or the Courtyard Ceremony Room.

Then, within reason, your wedding ceremony can take place virtually anywhere! Whether you want to say ‘I do’ at home, by the lake or in the forest, we will discuss how we can make that possible.

Personal connection 

Many couples enjoy getting to know their Celebrant beforehand, allowing for a more personalised and meaningful ceremony. You will have the same Celebrant and Registrar for both of your ceremonies, meaning you will become quite familiar and friendly, which helps to calm the nerves of the occasion.

Your Celebrant will meet with you ahead of your big day and can help create your personalised script incorporating your love story, personal anecdotes, vows and traditions that are special to you, creating a ceremony that truly feels unique, intimate and personal.

Complete flexibility 

Our Celebrants offer a lot of flexibility and are happy to be guided by your ideas. You could choose to have your pet as a ring bearer dressed in an animal tuxedo, or have your child join you for family vows. We can also help you include unique rituals or symbols into your ceremony, like a handfasting, unity candle, or even a wine box ceremony.

Whatever you would like, we can make it happen. We can adapt the tone, theme and length of your ceremony. Whether you want a quick, straightforward exchange of vows or a longer, more detailed ceremony with readings, rituals and special music. This can all be decided during your planning stage.
