Council garages and parking bays
Rental charges
Rent is due weekly on a Monday. However, you can pay fortnightly or monthly in advance.
If you are a council tenant, you pay this on your existing rent card. If you're a non-council tenant, you must pay your rent by Direct Debit.
The following prices are accurate for the 2024/25 financial year.
Garages
- for council tenants - £10.92
- for non-council tenants in normal demand areas - £12.10
- for non-council tenants in high demand areas - £14.51
Parking bays
- for council tenants - £3.70
- for non-council tenants in normal demand areas - £4.12
- for non-council tenants in high demand areas - £9.06
