What you need to know about your visit

When you arrive:

You should enter the site using enter lane.

Oce you have scanned your QR code at barrier, use the left lane for vans and If you are in a car use right lane and enter up ramp.

Vans and cars (towing a trailer) with white goods (this includes fridges, freezers and tumble-dries and cookers) use the left lane.

Our staff will instruct you where to go, and let you know when it's your turn to tip your waste.

When you're on the site:

  • For cars bringing any waste types other than white goods, you will go up the ramp and tip your waste using the appropriate bay. You will follow the one-way system and come down the ramp into an exit lane, which you will use to leave the site.
  • If you are bringing a car with white goods and other waste types, you won't use the ramp at all. Instead, you will use the left-hand lane and drop off your white goods first. You will then continue on and tip your waste using the appropriate bay in the van area, and exit using the exit lane. Our staff will advise you when to do this.

Other key points:

  • There will be no assistance to help you unload your vehicle. If you need help unloading, bring someone with you to help you.
  • We will clean the site at regular intervals to ensure the safety of residents and staff.
  • Please treat our staff with respect. Aggressive or abusive language or behaviour will not be tolerated and will result in you being asked to leave the site.
