Let us know about a missed collection
Put all your waste and recycling containers as close as possible to the edge of your property by 6.30am on your collection day. Make sure they are easy to see, or we might not collect them.
You can check your collection day by using our rubbish and recycling collection days tool .
If we don't collect your bins by 5.00pm, and you think we've forgotten, report it online before the end of the next working day.
You can also tell us if a public litter bin needs emptying .
Report a missed collection
We will come back to collect your waste/recycling if:
it was put out on time and it is in the right place
it had the right things in it
you told us we missed it before 5.00pm on the next working day after the day it should have been collected
