If you spot a litter bin that is full, overflowing or damaged, let us know so we can inspect it and arrange any necessary action.

What happens next

We empty litter bins based on how often they are used. Bins in busier areas are emptied more frequently.

If a bin is damaged, we will arrange any necessary repairs as soon as possible. Some repairs may take longer if replacement parts need to be ordered from the manufacturer.

In some cases, we may decide to remove a damaged bin if it is no longer needed.
