Approved documents
Building Regulations are updated regularly. They include Approved Documents A to P.

Building regulation records
You can view building control records published under the Environmental Information Regulations (EIR):
When we make a decision, the options are:
- accept
- reject
- conditional approval
- full approval
If we accept or approve a proposal, we consider that it complies with the Building Regulations.
