Warm and Safe Wiltshire gives free and impartial energy-saving advice to residents across Swindon.

The advice line is open from 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.

You can get help with:

  • insulation, heating and draught-proofing
  • grants and schemes for energy-saving improvements
  • heating systems and controls
  • financial support for energy bills
  • switching from a prepayment meter to a credit meter
  • fuel debt and energy bills
  • Priority Services Register referrals
  • damp and condensation
  • advice guides and factsheets

Get help with insulation and heating improvements

Insulation and better heating can help keep your home warm and lower your energy bills.

If you are eligible, Warm and Safe Wiltshire can refer you to an installer for insulation or heating improvements. They can also check if you can get funding towards the work.
