Warm Home Discount
The Warm Home Discount is a £150 discount on your electricity bill.
Your electricity supplier gives the discount between October and April. You do not need to apply.
If you are eligible, you will be identified automatically and the discount will be added to your bill.

Priority Services Register
You may be able to get extra help during a power cut through the Priority Services Register.
The register is free and easy to sign up to. If you are registered, you will get extra support during a power cut.
To check if you qualify for the Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks Priority Services Register, visit the Centre for Sustainable Energy Warm and Safe Wiltshire page.
You can also sign up to your gas and electricity supplier’s Priority Services Register. These may offer extra benefits.
