Statutory Ceremony Room

The ceremony covers only the statutory requirements for a legal marriage for those who wish to complete only the legal formalities of a marriage or civil partnership.

This room is designed for ceremonies where the bride and groom or civil partners are accompanied by strictly a maximum of two witnesses.

Unfortunately, we cannot include any additional guests or children.

If you require a translator at your ceremony they must be, and are included, as a witness.

There is no facility to be given away, to play music, exchange rings, exchange personal vows or promises during the ceremony.

Bookings can only be made a maximum of four months before the date, and any date changes will incur an additional administration fee.

Celebratory certificates

For any of our Swindon approved premises and our own ceremony rooms, we offer celebratory certificates to commemorate your wedding. These have space for personal dedications if required.

You can order these at any time prior to your ceremony, they will be prepared in advance and available for signature and presentation at the end of your ceremony.
