Public spaces protection orders (PSPO)
Public spaces protection orders (PSPOs) set rules for certain public places in Swindon. This page explains who can enforce them, what happens if you break an order, and where to read the current orders.
Public spaces protection orders in operation
We make public spaces protection orders (PSPOs). Police officers and police community support officers (PCSOs) can also enforce them.
If you break the rules in a PSPO, you may get an on-the-spot fixed penalty notice. You can pay a fixed penalty notice online.
