How to prevent crime

You can find out how we work with local partners to reduce crime, anti-social behaviour and substance abuse in Swindon. This page also explains neighbourhood wardens and where council CCTV cameras operate.

Swindon Community Safety Partnership

We are an active member of the Swindon Community Safety Partnership. The partnership works to reduce crime and fear of crime, anti-social behaviour and substance abuse.

It supports schemes for victims of domestic violence. It also organises neighbourhood safety teams so local people can raise safety concerns in their area and work together on solutions that improve quality of life.
