Swindon youth council

Swindon Youth Council (SYC) is an inclusive space that represents and values a diverse group of voices with different experiences, opinions and thoughts, working together to make Swindon a great place for young people.

Views are heard, listened to and acted upon by the local authority, providers of services for young people and other organisations.

It is a place to meet with decision makers (Directors, Councillors and MPs) where you feel empowered to influence the decisions that affect lives.

Members are 13 to 18 years old and come from different schools, groups and jobs.
