Self Injury Support provide self-help information and resources for people that self-harm as well as support for friends and family of people that self-harm. They also provide short term support.
National Self Harm Network (NSHN) aims to support individuals who self harm to reduce emotional distress, improve quality of life and empower and enable them to seek support and alternatives. They have a range of resources available including distraction activities and ideas.
Recover Your Life helps people who self harm. The site contains sections devoted to awareness, community, advice, and distractions. Additionally, there are forums which you can view as a guest, or create a login for to access additional features and website areas.
RU-OK? Is a website for young people who self harm that encourages people to have conversations about self-harm and gives advice on how to talk about it.
