International OCD Foundation
The mission of the International OCD Foundation is to help individuals with obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) to live full and productive lives. Their aim is to increase access to effective treatment through research and training, foster a hopeful and supportive community for those affected by OCD and the professionals who treat them, and fight stigma surrounding mental health issues.
They have information about OCD and resources for children and young people, parents and schools to help manage the difficulties that are experienced. They also provide a list of reviewed apps to support with managing symptoms of OCD.
OCD Action
OCD Action is the largest national charity focusing on Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). They provide support and information to anybody affected by OCD, work to raise awareness of the disorder, and strive to secure a better deal for people with OCD.
OCD Action offer a helpline, email support, forums and carer support.
OCD UK
OCD‐UK is the national OCD charity run by and for people with lived experience of OCD. They provide information about OCD as well as support and advice for individuals diagnosed with OCD and their family and friends and what to expect from treatment. They also have online support forums for young people and family, friends and carers.

Mind provide specific information on OCD including; symptoms, causes, treatment and helpful advice for family and friends, as well as more general advice on mental health conditions and support which you might find helpful.
