If you have not yet received your new weighted blue bag and/or food waste caddies you can report a missed delivery using the form below.
If you live in a property with a communal bin store, you are not affected by the changes at this time, so these containers are not required.
If you are looking to order an additional weighted blue bag, you will be able to collect one from a local core library soon.
