Swindon Designer Outlet Congestion Issues

Swindon Borough Council is working with McArthurGlen and the STEAM Museum to introduce measures to manage traffic congestion during peak trading hours at the Swindon Designer Outlet and for when events are being held at STEAM.

Swindon Borough Council has recently created an additional lane on Kemble Drive through re-lining the carriageway. This arrangement has created two lanes for those travelling in-bound. One for through traffic and a second lane to access the North Car Park.
