We are responsible for maintaining and repairing all council-owned roads, footpaths, pavements, cycleways and backways in the borough.

The M4 motorway and A419 are managed by National Highways.

Response times

Response times vary. Urgent issues are addressed within an hour, with permanent repairs addressed within six weeks. Less urgent issues are inspected within ten days, with repairs scheduled subsequently.
