We maintain road markings on roads in the borough. You can report markings that are worn, faded or damaged.

Road markings we maintain

We maintain:

  • double yellow lines
  • other road markings
  • lines at road junctions
  • reflective road studs, sometimes called cat’s eyes

Report problems on the A419 or M4 to National Highways.

What happens next

We aim to inspect and assess reported problems within ten working days.

We usually refresh road markings in summer. Cold and wet weather can prevent the paint from working properly.
