Road markings, lines and cats eyes
Road markings can become worn and faded overtime by movement of traffic and severe weather. We are responsible for the maintenance of road markings and lines within the borough including:
- Double yellow lines
- Road markings
- Road junction lines
- Cats eyes

Please report problems with the A419 and M4 to Highways England.
Response times
We aim to inspect and assess any problems reported within ten working days. However, road markings are generally only refreshed in the summer due to the detrimental effect of cold and wet weather on the paint that is used.
