You can report problems with:
- traffic lights
- Pelican, Puffin and Toucan pedestrian crossings
- other illuminated traffic management equipment
We inspect and maintain this equipment regularly. Reports from the public help us find and repair faults.
Report an urgent safety risk
If the fault is a serious hazard or could put people in danger, call StreetSmart:

Information you need to provide
Tell us:
- what the fault is
- the exact location
- the reference number shown on the equipment, if you can read it safely
