Why you must register
The cycle parks are not staffed. Registration helps us keep them secure and monitor entry, exit, and general use.
Your Access Card is your responsibility. Do not give it to anyone else or allow someone without a card to enter the cycle park.
Keep your bike secure
You are responsible for securing your bike while using the cycle parks.
To help keep your bike and the cycle parks secure:
- use a strong bike lock
- make sure nobody enters without an Access Card
- report a lost or stolen Access Card immediately
Report a lost or stolen Access Card
Telephone 07989 393070 immediately if your Access Card is lost or stolen. The phone line is open Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm.
We will deactivate the card so nobody else can use it.
A replacement Access Card costs £5.
