Activities we offer

We offer a wide range of inclusive, varied activities that support wellbeing, independence and enjoyment. Activities are planned with the people we support, reviewed every three months and updated with the seasons.


Types of activities

We offer a mix of practical, creative and social activities, including:

  • cooking
  • creative arts
  • daily living skills
  • cycling
  • gardening
  • fitness sessions
  • music
  • sensory activities
  • sing and sign

We also plan activities around seasonal and calendar-based events throughout the year.


What a typical day can look like

Morning activities

Mornings focus on building skills and confidence, including:

  • cooking
  • creative arts
  • daily living skills

Afternoon activities

Afternoons are more active and community‑focused, including:

  • fitness sessions
  • gardening
  • getting out and about in the community

Activities in the community

We support people to take part in activities across Swindon, helping them stay connected and active locally. Community‑based activities include:

  • cycling at the local sporting hub
  • bowling
  • visits to local libraries through links with schools
  • eating out at restaurants
  • weekly group visits to local pubs
  • walks in local parks

Getting there

We have access to two minibuses, which means we can support you to attend more community activities across Swindon.
