The consultation is now closed

The Homeline service public consultation is now closed. The consultation ran from 1 January to 27 February 2026. Thank you to everyone who took the time to share their views.


What happens next

We are now collating and analysing all responses to help inform our next steps for the Homeline service.

The findings will help shape recommendations that will be presented to the Council’s Cabinet. We are aiming to take this to Cabinet in June 2026, where any decision about the future of the service will be made.


Current Homeline service

We want to reassure you that the Homeline service is continuing as normal for existing users. No changes will be made to the service during this time.

Please note: We are currently unable to take on new customers to the Homeline or Homeline+ service.
