Use this form to apply for a street trading licence.
Form requirements
- Photo of the consent holder
- Proof of the consent holder's right to work in the UK
- Photo of any associates working on the market stand
- Proof of any associates right to work in the UK
- Evidence of Public Liability Insurance with minimum cover of £5,000,000
- If the unit has a gas installation you need to provide a current copy of safety inspection report from a Gas Safe Engineer who is accredited to specifically undertake work on mobile catering units
- A copy of your waste disposal contract (if applicable)
