Bidding issues
There are some reasons why you may have an issue with bidding.
You have not registered your account
Every applicant needs to register their account in order to bid for a property.
If you are having issues with registering, see our guide to registering for the first time.
You cannot see a property when you choose to place a bid
This may be because you are not eligible for any properties in the cycle. We recommend that you refresh the webpage just to ensure that is the case
You are having issues with the bidding site
Sometimes we may have a problem with the bidding site. We will notify you of any issues via these webpages as soon as we are aware of a problem.
You don’t have a live application
You cannot bid if you have not made an application for housing. If you have already made an application, it might be cancelled or suspended. You can view the reasons why your application might be cancelled or suspended on the important information about your application webpage.
