Out-of-hours mental health support for young people

BeU Swindon now offers out-of-hours mental health support for young people aged 10 to 18, or up to 25 for young people with SEND.

The Haven can help you:

  • talk face to face or online without a waiting list
  • work with a friendly and knowledgeable mental health support team
  • explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a safe and supportive environment
  • find the right long-term support
  • create a plan to help you feel better and stay safe

The out-of-hours support includes:

  • one 90-minute, one-to-one wellbeing session at The Haven
  • a 30-minute follow-up review session around two weeks later

The follow-up session can be in person, by telephone, or online.

Urgent help

If you need urgent medical attention, go to the emergency department or call 999.

For urgent mental health advice that does not need a 999 emergency response, call NHS 111 and select option 2.
