Stage 3 - Implementation of the TRO
The following TRO’s have now been approved and the necessary changes have been implemented on site.
A public notice will be advertised in the local press and will be available in the table below. This confirms that the proposal is to be made operative and indicates when the TRO will take effect.
A copy of the sealed order can be viewed in the table below for a period of 6 weeks after the making of the order.
Enforcement of the new restrictions will commence from the operational date.
