Anyone who lives and votes in the Borough of Swindon will be required to bring their poll card as a form of ID to vote in the local elections on 3 May 2018.

Swindon school place planning study update

The School Place Planning Study for Swindon Borough has been updated. The Local Authority have a statutory duty to ensure that sufficient school places are available within their area. Written using the information from the Swindon Borough Local Plan, this strategy includes present and predicted future pupil numbers on roll, together with information about birth rates, school capacity and new housing.

Swindon Education Place Planning team has published the Swindon School Place Planning Study Update (PDF) which supersedes previous versions dated, 2009, and 2011.
