Choose a memorial to remember someone who has died. Some memorials can be ordered online. Others need to be arranged by contacting our bereavement services team.

Memorials you can order online
You can order these memorials online:
- Book of Remembrance entry
- Vase block tablet
- Standard rose and plaque
- Wall plaque
- Remembrance plaque
- Flower Room plaque
Book of Remembrance entry
The Book of Remembrance is displayed in the Book of Remembrance room.
Only one entry is allowed for each person who has died. Only the person who applied for the cremation or burial can arrange the entry.
Vase block tablet
A vase block tablet is a York stone block in the garden. It includes a brass plaque and a vase for flowers.
You can choose from:
- a standard tablet, with up to four lines of inscription
- a large tablet, with up to eight lines of inscription
Standard rose and plaque
You can lease a rose in our garden rose bed.
An individual plaque is placed in front of the rose.
Wall plaque
A wall plaque is a black granite plaque with gold lettering.
It can include up to six lines of inscription.
Remembrance plaque
A remembrance plaque is a leased bronze plaque.
It is placed in a designated area of the Trees of Remembrance field.
Flower Room plaque
A Flower Room plaque is a leased black metal plaque with silver lettering.
It is placed on an outer wall of the Flower Room.

Bench plaques
A bench plaque is a brass plaque on a shared bench.
It can include up to four lines of inscription.
Existing tree memorials
You may be able to lease an established tree in the cemetery grounds.
An individual plaque is placed at the base of the tree.
