How to spot and avoid Penalty Charge Notice scams

We do not send text messages requesting payment for Penalty Charge Notices. If you receive a message, do not respond or provide any personal information.

Pay a Penalty Charge Notice online

To pay for a Penalty Charge Notice, you will need the following:

  • The Penalty Charge Notice number found on your parking ticket
  • The vehicle registration number

Important

The Penalty Charge Notice number on your parking ticket always starts with the letters SI - that’s S for Sierra and I for India and not S1 (S followed by the number one).

Please take extra care to enter SI correctly when paying online, or by telephone, to avoid any issues or delays with your payment.
