National Literacy Trust in Swindon
The National Literacy Trust in Swindon is a long-standing project run in partnership with Swindon Borough Council and WHSmith.
It is committed to empowering local people to change their stories and life chances through the power of words – speaking, listening, reading and writing.
The campaign is a collaborative initiative with people and partners in the community, to understand what is required at a local level.
The National Literacy Trust in Swindon is dedicated to reaching the children, young people and adults who need it most, supporting literacy at home, in school and in the community in creative and engaging ways.
From first words, through school days to training, jobs and beyond -literacy changes everything.
