Improving our housing services
Tenant events and consultations
Council tenants are warmly invited to attend one of our in-person engagement events this summer.
These sessions are a great opportunity to meet Housing Officers and get to know new members of our Housing team. You will also hear about the progress we are making to improve homes and services for tenants.
Our work is guided by six key commitments, developed together with tenants at previous engagement sessions:
- Homes that are safe
- Homes that are fit for purpose
- Homes that are well maintained
- Services that support you
- Services designed with you
- Services that learn from your feedback
At the events, you will be able to:
- get any help or support you need
- hear the latest updates on how we are delivering these commitments
- ask questions and share your views
- help shape future improvements
The events will be held at the following locations from 6.00pm to 8.00pm:
- Eldene Community Centre (SN3 3RZ) on Tuesday, 9 June 2026
- John Moulton Hall, Penhill (SN2 5DU) on Thursday, 11 June 2026
- Park Library, Cavendish Square Community Centre (SN3 2LZ) on Tuesday, 16 June 2026
- Pinetrees Community Centre, The Circle (SN2 1RF) on Thursday, 18 June 2026
- Buckhurst Community Centre, Walcot (SN3 3BS) on Thursday, 25 June 2026
- Highworth Library (SN6 7AJ) on Tuesday, 30 June 2026
There is no need to register to attend the event. If you want to let us know you are coming, click on the relevant date above.
