We provide support, advice and guidance to those 16+ within the Swindon area.
Our services include a person-centred approach, offering one-to-one and group support, counselling services, Serious Mental Illness and Suicide Bereavement support.
We also offer a range of digital workshops and a variety of community social groups.
Our mission is to facilitate your access to mental health support, aid in your progress, and contribute to reducing the stigma surrounding mental health.
