We remove dead animals from public land and roads that we maintain. If you find a dead animal in one of these locations, you can report it using the online form below. We aim to remove reported animals as soon as possible and, in most cases, within 24 hours.

When we cannot help

We do not remove dead animals from:

  • private homes
  • private land
  • roads that we are not responsible for

Please note, the M4 and A419 are managed by National Highways. Report dead animals on these roads using the GOV.UK service.
