Use this form for householder proposals such as:
- The erection of an extension (including a conservatory), a garage or outbuilding, a new or altered access, dormer windows/roof extensions, a wall or fence or a satellite dish

The fee for submitting a householder pre-application is £151.20 (including VAT at 20%).
Please note, pre-applications do not form part of the Public Planning Register.
