Swindon SENDIASS advice and guidance form

About this form

Use this form to find help, advice and guidance from Swindon SENDIASS on where to find educational support for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

Contacting SENDIASS:

You have the option of contacting our dedicated SENDIASS officers should you require any further assistance. There is an option to request contact from a case worker via the Self Help Portal.

Alternatively, you can contact the service at any time via email: SENDIASS@Swindon.gov.uk or phone 01793 466515 with an outline of the situation you would like advice on. We aim to respond to all contact within 10 working days, however during busy periods this may take longer.

We work in partnership with the national service Contact for families with disabled children. This is an organisation who support families with the best possible guidance and information. They bring families together to support each other, volunteer and fundraise to improve life for themselves and others. Their free helpline is 0808 808 3555, open 9.30am-5pm.
